Compounded Medications = ​custom-prepared prescriptions not typically stocked by standard pharmacies

Effective Monday, June 23, 2025, payment in full will be required prior to placing any orders for compounded medications through our pharmacy partners. This change is being implemented to streamline our process and help ensure timely and accurate ordering for all patients.

When requesting a refill of your compounded medication, please be prepared to provide the following information to ensure accuracy:
  • Medication name
  • Pharmacy name
  • Quantity needed (milliliters, number of capsules, etc.)
Please note that this policy applies only to compounded medications—custom-prepared prescriptions not typically stocked by standard pharmacies. This includes semaglutide, tirzepatide, compounded naltrexone, amlexanox, and others. If you are unsure whether your medication is compounded, please don’t hesitate to ask when you call.

Once payment is received, we will promptly proceed with placing your order to help avoid any delays in your care.
